Functional Microcapsules

The photochromic effect experiences reversible color changes when exposed to light, especially UV radiation (sunlight). Under UV light, it displays vibrant colors, but returns to its original color when protected from light. To ensure stability and protection against external influences, the effect is carefully formulated with tiny synthetic resins, ranging from a few micrometers to hundreds of micrometers in diameter.

Functional microcapsules such as thermochromic, photochromic and fragrance microcapsules can be applied to a variety of plastic materials, including PE, PP, ABS, PS, PVC, OU, TPU and EVA. It is recommended to avoid adding conventional organic pigments or other fragrance additives as this may obscure the color or odor coming from the microcapsules. To ensure complete dispersion of the microcapsules, it is highly recommended to produce a masterbatch of them.

The perfume is obtained by incorporating liquid fragrance microcapsules into the paint formulation, which increases the duration of the aroma. These microcapsules can be adapted for different applications, taking into account the user's preferences and objectives. It is possible to adjust particle size, aroma longevity and other properties according to the intended purpose

THERMOCHROMIC EFFECT

It is a micro-encapsulated product with a special dye, which changes color depending on the temperature. Thermochromic dye causes color change by heat-induced change in chemical structure.

As it is a product very sensitive to the external environment, it is manufactured with a type of microcapsule for protection and, thus, increases its durability. The thermochromic microcapsule comes in different colors. As the temperature for color changing can be adjusted in various ways, you can appropriately choose different types of products according to colors and temperatures
